AOD Peer Work Foundation Training (Online) Day Two

Date: Wednesday 15th April 2026
Time: 9:30am to 4:30pm

This is the second day of the AOD Peer Work Foundation Training for people with lived and living experience who want to build strong foundations in AOD peer work.

Day two focuses on Storytelling Skills, where you will learn about:

• Crafting engaging personal narratives

• Empowering and ethical storytelling

• Adapting your story for different audiences and settings

• Navigating boundaries, self care and disclosure

*Workbook provided and facilitated by two experienced NUAA trainers. .

Location: Online via Zoom
Cost: 25 dollars registration (Fee waived for community members not completing training through work)

*Please note that day one must be completed before attending day two. If you cannot attend both days, you can complete day one and finish the remaining training later in the year to receive your certificate.
