GROW is our free LLE Community of Practice, delivered by NUAA with LLE specialists. Due to growing interest and demand, we are pleased to share that our sessions have been extended to 90 minutes to allow more space for the rich conversations our community brings.

These sessions bring together people working in the NSW AOD LLE workforce to share workplace challenges, learnings, and insights in a supportive peer environment. Topics are participant-led and change session to session based on what the group wants to discuss, creating space for authentic community connection, peer support, and professional development that responds to real-time needs across the workforce.

Anyone with lived or living experience of drug use in a peer-identified role can attend. If you are interested, please get in touch at training@nuaa.org.au.
