GROW is our LLE Community of Practice, delivered by NUAA with LLE specialists. These sessions bring together people working in the NSW AOD LLE workforce to share workplace challenges, learnings, and insights in a supportive peer environment.

Topics are participant-led and change session to session based on what the group wants to discuss, creating space for authentic community connection, peer support, and professional development that responds to real-time needs across the workforce.

Who can register? Anyone with lived or living experience of drug use in a peer-identified role. If interested, please email training@nuaa.org.au.
