GROW is NUAA's free Lived and Living Experience Community of Practice, bringing together people working in the New South Wales alcohol and other drugs peer workforce to share workplace challenges, learnings, and insights in a supportive and collegial space.

Topics are participant-led and shaped by what the group wants to explore on the day, so every session is a little different. It is a genuine space for peer connection, shared learning, and professional development that responds to what is actually happening across our workforce right now.

Following the growing interest and engagement in GROW, sessions have been extended to 90 minutes to allow more room for rich conversations within the community.
