Opioid Treatment Line (OTL, formerly MACS)
Opioid Treatment Line is a helpline for people who are looking for Opioid Replacement Treatment or are currently on Opioid Replacement Treatment and have questions about how treatment is being delivered or how they have been treated. OTL operates Monday to Friday 9.30am-5pm (not public holidays).

Cannabis Information and Helpline (CIH)
The cannabis information and helpline is a service available to anyone who is concerned about their cannabis use or family member or friend’s cannabis use. They can provide you with information support and referral to treatment services.

Parent Line is a telephone counselling service for parents of children aged 0 to 18 who live in New South Wales. You can speak to a trained counsellor about a range of parenting issues. They can also provide information, support and referral to other services in NSW. 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday and 4pm to 9pm on weekends.

Family Relationship Advice Line (FRAL)
Relationships Australia provides a range of services across Australia. Services include counseling, family dispute resolution (mediation) and a range of family and community support and education programs. The Domestic Violence Line provides telephone counselling, information and referrals for women and same-sex partners who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
