Opioid Treatment Line (OTL, formerly MACS)
Opioid Treatment Line is a helpline for people who are looking for Opioid Replacement Treatment or are currently on Opioid Replacement Treatment and have questions about how treatment is being delivered or how they have been treated. OTL operates Monday to Friday 9.30am-5pm (not public holidays).

Cannabis Information and Helpline (CIH)
The cannabis information and helpline is a service available to anyone who is concerned about their cannabis use or family member or friend’s cannabis use. They can provide you with information support and referral to treatment services.

SayWhen provides you with online information and resources to help you make decisions about your drinking, whatever those decisions are. And if you decide you’d like to make a change, SayWhen can provide you with information and resources to make those changes.

Free online and telephone service for young people aged between 12 and 25 and their families. You can contact them by phone or email Headspace to talk to a trained mental health professional about any problems you are facing. All discussions are confidential.

Parent Line is a telephone counselling service for parents of children aged 0 to 18 who live in New South Wales. You can speak to a trained counsellor about a range of parenting issues. They can also provide information, support and referral to other services in NSW. 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday and 4pm to 9pm on weekends.

Family Relationship Advice Line (FRAL)
Relationships Australia provides a range of services across Australia. Services include counseling, family dispute resolution (mediation) and a range of family and community support and education programs. If you are experiencing a family crisis you can ring Family Relationship Advice Line for support information and referral. 8am-8pm, Mon to Fri, 10 am-4pm Sat .

Domestic Violence Line (DVL)
The Domestic Violence Line provides telephone counselling, information and referrals for women and same-sex partners who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service can provide you with support, information and referral to services across NSW who can help.
