The Suicide Call Back Service (SCBS)
The Suicide Call Back Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, wherever you are in Australia. It is a nationwide service that provides telephone and online counselling to people 15 years and over who fit one of the following categories:
- People who are suicidal
- People caring for someone who is suicidal
- People bereaved by suicide

Kids Help Line (KHL)
Kids Helpline is a free 24 hour, 7 day a week counseling service for young people aged between 5-25 years. You can speak to a counselor about any problems or concerns you have. You can contact the kids help line by phone, email or through text.

Lifeline provides telephone counseling service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They can provide information, support and referral to services. You can speak to a counselor about a range of topics including, suicidal thoughts or attempts you might be having, personal crisis, anxiety, depression, loneliness, abuse or trauma you might be experiencing or help for a family member or friend.
Lifeline also provides other services including Crisis Support Chat line, Service Directory of local health and community services, Mental Health Resource Centre.

Beyond Blue is an information and support service for people who may be experiencing anxiety or depression. You can call their crisis line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and speak to a trained mental health professional. They can listen to your concerns and provide you with information and advice, and point you in the right direction so you can seek further support.
