Complaints about NUAA

Are you unhappy with your treatment or services provided to you by NUAA? You can make a complaint about a NUAA service, a NUAA staff member or a NUAA volunteer by phone or by email.

You can request a copy of NUAA’s Grievance procedure. It outlines how you can make a complaint and the process NUAA will take to investigate your complaint. Once your complaint has been received, NUAA will contact you within 14 days to inform you of the steps NUAA has taken, or will take, to address your complaint.
