Complaints to the Health Care Complaints Commission

Did you know that the Health Care Complaints Commission, HCCC, is an independent body that will investigate and prosecute complaints about health care services. If you have had a bad experience with your local GP, non hospital health service or Hospital and don’t feel anyone locally is listening to your complaint the HCCC may be able to help.

The Health Care Complaints Commission is an independent body that deals with complaints about individual GP’s, such as doctors, optometrists and acupuncturists, and health service organisations, including hospitals in NSW.
